a nice escape

lovely room amazing appointments rooftop bar great breakfast

I discovered a lovely room upgrade upon my arrival. the rooms do have a smaller size, but appointments are amazing! the rooftop bar was filled with guests. they took pictures and posted on social media, but i found it fun and lively. breakfast was really good. I loved the location due to its proximity to shops and restaurants.

I felt a bit confused about transportation. I received guidance regarding airport arrival time that did not match reality. i experienced a minor scheduling issue, yet it did not impact the stay significantly.

the breakfast selection included fresh pastries, assorted fruits, and various hot dishes that were both delicious and beautifully presented. the rooftop snack options provided delicious and perfect bites, especially enjoyable with the panoramic views.

the room featured super comfortable beds that assured rest, and it has space efficiency. room service was available and prompt. a family emergency was professionally handled by staff, and they showed genuine care and efficiency in addressing it.

The staff was accommodating and polite (I certainly appreciated their help).

The guest room had all amenities, but its functionality was awkward. For example, to use the tea and coffee area, I had to shut the closet's sliding door.

The shower was really underwhelming. Cheap shower kits were provided. the water pressure was pathetic. operating the switch between the ceiling water douche and the portable one was almost impossible. i felt it should have been better for the price i paid

mixed feelings about this place. sadly

small room slow service

the room was surprisingly small. especially considering the price, i expected more space. also, the service at the rooftop bar was slow, we loved the pool. but the view was amazing! it took ages to get someone's attention.
